Pemex CEO, Carlos Trevino Medina, will participate in the 2018 Microsoft CEO Summit in Seattle, Washington as part of the company’s agenda of a wider global outreach.
This work tour will present Medina with innovative technologies to incorporate the best global practices in business and to seek strategic partnerships that can translate into new opportunities to optimize the profitability of Pemex.
The CEO of Pemex participates as a speaker next to the CEO of Axa, Thomas Buberl, the CEO of investment bank Wells Fargo, Timothy Sloan and the CEO of Allianz, Mohamed El-Erian, in a group that will analyze the challenges that arise from the relations between financial needs and the geopolitical risks for multinational companies.
The summit, a three-day affair, will take place from May 15 to May 17 as hosted by technology magnate Bill Gates.
Around 350 leaders of the most important business companies in the world will convene at the summit. Several themes will be addressed such as artificial intelligence, cyber security, disruptive business models, entrepreneurship and the financing options of new models like cryptocurrency.
