The registration of suppliers and contractors is divided into 2 levels to facilitate the registration process, as well as for a better visibility of suppliers and contractors who due to the recruitment amount or the type of goods or services provided to Pemex, are considered critical or strategic. It is important to complete and provide the largest amount of details in the information requested so that the purchases’ team has updated and timely information for decision-making during procedures for recruitment and selection of suppliers and contractors.
Before beginning with the basic or extended registration, you will be invited to fill out a pre-registration form.
Once the registration procedure has begun, you will have 60 calendar days to complete it; otherwise, your information will be removed and you will have to restart the procedure. Those in the case of extended registration will have to pay again the corresponding annual fee.
Note: In case you already have alredy registered with Pemex, Achilles will contact you in the next 60 days to provide a username and new password so you can complete the new registration procedure within 30 calendar days of its receipt.
Basic registration includes all suppliers and contractors, all of whom must complete a questionnaire with general and commercial information of the company and the products and services they offer.
- Constitutive Act and recent changes
- Tax payer identification card
- Certified power of attorney of the legal representative (Company)
- Certificate of address
Those suppliers and contractors who have been identified with a strategic profile for Pemex, thanks to the type of products and services offered or the value of their contractual relationship with Pemex, will be invited to complete an additional questionnaire to expand their information and provide documentation related to financial aspects, products and services quality, health and safety and social responsibility policies, among others.
Suppliers or contractors that are part of this registration level must pay an annual fee to Achilles for review, evaluation and updating of the provided information and documentation.
In addition to the basic registration documents, the following documents will be requested:
- Last annual tax declaration (except when newly created)
- Audited financial statements for the last two fiscal years
- Licensing or exclusive distribution contracts or patent
- Proof of quality certificates issued by certifying institutions
- Proof of technical standards or specialization according to its branch
