We have adopted the "Institutional Social Inclusion Strategy" (EISI), which addresses all issues related to gender equality, non-discrimination and labor inclusion of women, people with disabilities and the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexual, transgender, transvestite and intersex (LGBTTTI) population, with the aim of creating an inclusive and respectful work environment.
