Financing Program

In the Ley de Ingresos de la Federación para el Ejercicio Fiscal 2020 (2020 Federal Revenue Law), the Mexican Congress authorized up to MXN 10.0 billion in domestic net indebtedness and up to USD 1.25 billion in international net indebtedness. With an exchange rate of MXN 19.90 = USD 1.00, total authorized net indebtedness is MXN 34.875 billion (USD 1.753 billion).

However, in line with the debt strategy established in the Business Plan, PEMEX aims at a zero net indebtedness goal (in real terms) which only considers refinancing the amortizations for the year.
