As a result of the Energy Reform and the enactment of the new laws and regulations regarding the activities of the national oil industry, Pemex and its Productive Subsidiary Companies went through significant changes in its Mission, Vision, Corporate Philosophy and, above all, in the organizational structures needed to operate efficiently.
These deep, structural and organizational changes affect the organization processes, particularly in the administrative and financial fields.
Today, Pemex has seven Productive Subsidiary Companies and a new regulation regarding procurement, contracting, project management, transparency and accountability, among others.
We are confident that Pemex’s transformation will help us consolidate the commercial relationship we have experienced together, in Mexico’s best interest.
